New Strand Film Festival- May 1-3 2009
The New Strand Film Festival is a festival offered at the historic New Strand Theatre in beautiful Eastern Iowa. The West Liberty Public Library and the New Strand Theatre are the chief sponsors of the festival.
The 2009 Festival will be Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 3.
